About 50 Dollar Handyman

Hello, my name is Ron. For more than 25 years I've been buying, fixing/remodeling and selling homes.  

I am that person who can do almost anything. I take pride in what I do and I do it very well. Repair knowledge is not enough without skill and attention to detail. I'm confident I have the knowledge, skill and attention to detail you will need for your household repairs, maintenance and improvements. But, if there is something you need that I feel I would not be the best person for, I will tell you.

 I enjoy helping others with my handyman skills. I have a positive history of helping people. I have heard many stories about the negative experiences you and others have had when seeking a quality handyman. So, I offer most services at only $50 per hour to help people that may not normally be able to afford professional handyman services and the quality of work I provide. I do offer some services up to $60 per hour. Please see My Services page for all fees.

I am so confident you will be completely satisfied with my work that I will only request payment when you tell me you are satisfied with the work I've completed. (Payday is every Friday or at completion of short term projects.)

Each day I will complete that day's section of a weekly time sheet that details DATE I worked, WHERE I worked, WHAT I worked on, TIME I started, TIME I stopped and all RECEIPTS for items I purchased (with your prior approval) with my money. 

Each payday I provide you with this detailed time sheet and original receipts (if applicable). At that time payment will be expected pending your approval of time sheet and work performed.
