Painting or staining (could be $60hr depending on job)

I also provide common and some not so common, interior and exterior, general maintenance and repairs around your home

I DO NOT WORK ON ELECTRICAL PANELS, GAS APPLIANCES OR GAS HOT WATER HEATERS

Whole home inspection and report any issues. Provide preventative maintenance as well as overall maintenance and repair.

Fix or replace garbage disposal and kitchen sink plumbing problems.

Fix leaks, install/remove sinks and faucets. Install new water lines and shut-off valves. Open clogged drains.

Remove old flooring and/or carpet. Install new vinyl, hardwood laminate or tile. I do not install carpet.
